What You'll Achieve.

What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Proven experience in a retail management role for 3-5 years, Proven leadership skills, Customer-obsessed, Proven track record of driving sales and optimizing store profitability, Excellent customer service skills, Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, Comfortable using technology, software systems and POS, Deep understanding of retail operations, organizational and multitasking abilities, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Proficient working in Google Suite (Calendar, Gmail, Sheets, and Documents), Analytical skills, including basic retail math, calculating inventory on-hands, tracking sales, Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, Standing for a full 8-hour shift
Nice to Have
Jewelry experience a plus, Knowledge of health and safety regulations, particularly related to piercing, is a plus

Coach team members to achieve targets
Drive sales and profitability
Meet targets through optimized appointments
Ensure proper daily team coverage
Meet visual merchandising standards
Ensure product presentation reflects brand
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Ensure studio is neat
Train and onboard new staff members
Leverage coaching and feedback
Provide ongoing training and development
Prepare and submit reports
Ensure studio budgets are met
