Coach and develop store team
Deliver world class service
Help Pet Parents find nutrition solutions
Ensure customer service standards are met
Maintain courteous relationships with community
Manage team of employees
Supervise and coach employees
Ensure staff adhere to standards
Coordinate order placements
Maintain appropriate inventory
Complete store and safety audits
Coordinate minor store repairs
Complete miscellaneous corporate paperwork
Coordinate staff efforts to achieve results
Perform other duties as required
