Meet all customer service standards

Maintain courteous relationships within the community

Manage a team of employees

Ensure staff adhere to standards and procedures

Coordinate order placements

Maintain appropriate inventory

Complete store audits and safety audits

Coordinate minor store repairs

Complete miscellaneous corporate paperwork

Achieve targeted business results

Observe and coach employees

Provide feedback around sales techniques

Provide excellent customer service

Understand inter-team conflicts

Escalate conflicts when necessary
