ABOUT THE ROLE As a Peloton Store Manager, you lead sales, operations, and customer experience for your location. Reporting to the District Manager, you lead a performance-driven team where your success is measured by store sales, KPI performance, and payroll management. YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON Own and drive store performance to achieve and exceed sales targets through hands-on leadership Drive sales discipline and pipeline health by leveraging CRM tools (Salesforce) to manage leads, ensure timely follow-ups, and convert prospects Members Develop and execute sales strategies tailored for retail spaces. Drive performance by engaging customers with compelling, consultative sales techniques Demonstrate best-in-class customer interactions and close sales on the floor Use financial insights to drive profitability and strategic decision-making Build local awareness through grassroots marketing, pop-up activations, local partnerships, and experiential retail strategies Recruit, train, and develop a results-driven team that thrives in high-energy selling environments Manage store operations, payroll and scheduling guidelines, and visual merchandising standards Ensure seamless execution of company policies and procedures while maintaining an inviting, premium store atmosphere YOU BRING TO PELOTON 2+ years of retail management experience 2+ years of sales or sales leadership experience Familiarity with CRM systems and customer outreach tools Proven ability to drive sales, exceed targets, and create high-conversion customer experiences Strong leadership abilities with a passion for coaching, team development, and performance management Strong communication skills with an ability to build relationships and inspire action A genuine passion for health, wellness, and technology, with the ability to inspire a customer-first culture Physical Requirements This is primarily an active position, involving long periods of standing and walking in the store, as well as bending and lif
