What You'll Do.
Drive overall store performance through effective sales floor leadership
Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
Create a clean environment and maintain visual merchandising standards
Oversee direct and indirect sales associates on all sales behaviors
and operational processes
Conduct new hire orientation and provide continuous training and development of the store team
Accountable for all Launch and Holiday preparedness
Ensure labor spend is within the corporate-provided labor budgets
Responsible for managing store profitability
Partner with cross-functional team members as needed to maintain store operations including
repairs and maintenance

As the Store Manager, you will build the best direct-to-consumer retail experience. You are empathetic and composed, setting the pace and energy for all customers. You have an entrepreneurial spirit and treat each customer like they are your last. You will also be accountable for purchase transactions, customer installation scheduling, and POS register processes and procedures.
