Collaborating with GM & VP to set monthly and annual store goals.
Role modeling appropriate sales techniques.
Ensuring inventory control and best practices.
Developing and maintaining relationships with key customers.
Demonstrating exemplary customer service and coach employees to do the same.
Being visible on the sales floor to resolve issues/requests in a timely manner.
