Conduct strategic business analysis
Lead the effort to exceed expectations
Lead store operational functions
including opening and closing
driving sales results
coaching in-the-moment
implement and support long-term initiatives to improve team development and store performance
Enforce all company policies and procedures
Act as a coach and point of reference for Loss Prevention trainings and techniques
Leads inventory control and RFID when applicable
Directs payroll & scheduling strategies in alignment with company policy and budgets
Conducts strategic business analysis and planning
Communicates opportunities with senior leadership
