For more information, go to [beyondyoga.com](http://beyondyoga.com/). **About the Job** Business Ownership * Leads the retail team in achieving daily/weekly/monthly sales goals in addition to meeting store financial plans through use of strong decision-making skills with a primary focus on driving employee engagement and a collaborative selling environment. * Can effectively assess and strategize how to drive performance goals (Conversion, Units Per Transaction, Sales Per Hour and other measurable KPI’s) * Able to utilize company tools and resources to assess the business and put into action a plan to celebrate wins and address areas of opportunity Team Management * Recruit and make hiring, pay and termination decisions for all levels of store personnel including members of store management; strong history of hiring and developing amazing talent * Manage employee relations issues including but not limited to coaching and conflict resolution and ensuring all associates follow Beyond Yoga and LS&CO Operational Excellence
