## Description About the Role We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to support our Launch Managers in the successful opening and operational setup of Emma Owned & Operated stores across Europe. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management, marketing, and logistics in a fast-paced, international environment. ## What you'll do You will support the O&O Store Expansion team across various store openings in four markets: Portugal, Spain, Germany, and France. You will own the post-negotiation operational workstream end-to-end, tracking and coordinating all pre-opening milestones across internal teams and external partners. You will act as the central point of coordination across Marketing, CX, Operations, and Business Development during the store opening execution phase. You will monitor and follow up on all post-negotiation actions to keep opening timelines on track. You will play a meaningful role in Emma’s O&O store growth, including the launch of a brand-new market: France. ## Who we are looking for You are currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or a related field. You are equipped with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. You are proficient in project management and capable of multitasking in a dynamic setting. You are skilled in communication and interpersonal interactions, enabling effective collaboration with external and internal teams across diverse locations. You are interested in retail, logistics, or marketing within a fast-growing industry. Previous experience in the retail sector is a plus.
