What You'll Do.
Manage store material
Perform material inward

Receive and forward goods
Follow standards for issuing stock

Refuse acceptance of incorrect items
Refuse acceptance of damaged items

Prepare documents for materials movements

Follow up on after-hours issues
Update store records in ERP
Conduct inventory audits
Perform physical check of inventory
Arrange stocks in store
Maintain FIFO for Shelf-Life Materials
Identify nonmoving parts
Report nonmoving parts
Perform monthly closure of inventory activities
Clear pending activities
Create PR for MIN/MAX Items
Perform other duties as assigned

Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward. **Duties/Responsibilities:** * Operational knowledge in Store material management * Material Inward & Outward into Store * Receive and forward all types of goods and deliveries to the correct point of storage area. * Follow all standards for issuing and receiving stock within the store's area of operation. * Ensure Received Materials unpack, count, cost/price checking as pr PO and acknowledgment to respective team. * Refuse acceptance of damaged, unacceptable, or incorrect items. Ensure all store requisitions are signed and approved by concerned Department Lead/ SPOC depending upon the site's operations procedure * Documents preparation for Materials Movements (Rejection Items, Inter unit transfers, repair and servicing items (Gate pass, DC, RDC & E-Way /Declaration) * Ensure issue of material only against approved MRN. * Ensure the quantity requested and the quantity issued always matches. Follow up on documentation of after-hours issues ensuring it is in accordance with established internal controls and procedures * Daily updating in ERP (Internal software) of store records like GRN, MRN, return from the Lab and facility area * Conduct inventory audits to determine inventory levels and need. Physical check of inventory "A" Class Monthly, "B" Class Quarterly & "C" Class yearly for better control of stock and ensure there is no excess/short without the reason. * Ear marking and arranging stocks in store * Main
