## **Job Description** **Position Responsibilities** * Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers * Pick up returns and cores * Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs * Daily collection of credit accounts * Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers while providing the CPP with insights learned while making deliveries * Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value * Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting and parking lot * General stocking including truck stocking, back stock and cycle counts * Maintain knowledge of product inventory and new arrivals to assist with sales * Engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate parts or services * Other duties as assigned **Success Factors** * Safe driving and navigation ability * Ability to use delivery board system * Friendly and persuasive communication * Ability to locate and stock parts Safety knowledge and skills * Operating inventory systems (Back stock) and store equipment * Sales aptitude and customer service orientation * Ability to identify customer needs and recommend solutions **Essential Job Skills Necessary for Success as a Driver** * Speak and write English (Spanish a plus); communicate effectively and build strong relationships with customers,0 peers and leadership * Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs and procedure manuals * Use basic math accurately: add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals Ability to work an assortment of days, evenings and weekends as needed * Confidence in engaging customers and promoting products * Willing to learn about new products and sales techniques **Prior Experience that Sets a Driver up for Success** * Automotive parts experience is preferred *
