What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record, Speak and write English, Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs and procedure manuals, Use basic math accurately, Ability to work an assortment of days, evenings and weekends as needed, Confidence in engaging customers and promoting products, Willing to learn about new products and sales techniques, Ability to use delivery board system, Safety knowledge and skills, Operating inventory systems (Back stock) and store equipment, Ability to locate and stock parts, Talk and hear, Use hands and fingers to handle or reach, Climb or and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, Frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, Occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds with assistance, Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
