Full Job Description

At MECCA, we’re on a mission to create the most beautiful retail experiences in the world and our Store Development team is at the heart of bringing this to life. We are looking for a highly organised and hands-on Store Development Coordinator to support the delivery of new stores, refurbishments, and brand rollouts across our network. **The Role You Could Play:** Reporting into the Head of Store Development, Facilities and Procurement, you will support the coordination and delivery of store projects across MECCA. You will: * Support the coordination of new store openings and refurbishments, including liaising with internal teams and external partners * Assist with project administration and collaborate with senior project managers to deliver stores on time and within budget * Manage and prioritise minor works across stores, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to teams and customers * Coordinate brand rollouts in line with Space and Range schedules, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met * Monitor and reconcile project expenditure, including minor works and brand rollout costs **What You Will Bring:** You are a proactive and detail-oriented coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.
