Amazon's Worldwide Grocery Stores is seeking a Store Designer to join the Retail Growth & Development, Enterprise team. This role efficiently drives multiple projects throughout all phases of design, permitting and construction administration. Key job responsibilities - Manage the design process, interfacing with internal and external design partners. - Adapt site specific conditions metrics and standards to store designs. - Build data driven scope of work with internal stake holders, focused on servicing operating stores. - Develop FF&E and Décor packages. - Work with key internal and external stakeholders in the development and production of comprehensive design development packages. - Create presentation packages to communicate design with cross-functional teams and senior leadership. - Drive and create Schematic Design Packages. - Coordinate with Construction, Procurement and Operations Teams on budget and schedule considerations and value engineering efforts. - Manage consultants throughout all phases of design through the project lifecycle. - Provide Construction Administrative support as needed. - Archive completed drawings, redlines, and shop drawings. - Obtain landlord approvals per lease requirements. - Review and approves submittals and shop drawings. - Knowledge of building and health codes, 3D visualization, and industry trends. - Communicate design vision in visual, written, and verbal formats. - Manage multiple simultaneous projects requiring frequent communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills. - Solutions orie
