Key job responsibilities • Solutions oriented, proactive and flexible attitude; willingness to take an “all hands-on deck” approach • Translating brand design standards and concepts in an innovative yet fiscally responsible way • Working across a large portfolio and multiple banners with a diverse set of programs • Manage the design process, interfacing with internal and external design partners • Adapting site specific conditions metrics and standards to store designs • Responsible for building data driven scope of work with internal stake holders, focused on servicing operating stores • Responsible for development of FF&E and Décor packages • Work with key internal and external stakeholders in the development and production of comprehensive design development packages • Create presentation packages to communicate design with cross-functional teams and senior leadership • Drive and create Schematic Design Packages • Coordinate with Construction, Procurement and Operations Teams on budget and schedule considerations and value engineering efforts • Manage consultants throughout all phases of design through the project lifecycle • Provide Construction Administrative support as needed • Archive completed drawings, redlines, and shop drawings • Obtain landlord approvals per lease requirements • Review and approves submitt
