Job Purpose The Territory Officer manages assigned territories to execute sales strategies, achieve sales targets, ensure compliance with service standards, and build relationships with stakeholders. This role involves overseeing sell-in and sell-out targets, manpower deployment, training, and reporting. Key Responsibilities Sales Target Achievement * Collaborate with Key Account Managers to meet sell-in targets * Territory Management * Implement sales strategies and tactics to meet territory goals. * Ensure proper merchandising and compliance with guidelines. * Build strong relationships with store stakeholders. * Manage inventory, stock transfers, and report competitor activities. Territory Operations * Monitor deliveries, conduct inventories, and reconcile variances. * Ensure product availability and accuracy of POs and Item Request Forms (IRFs). * Utilize POP materials effectively and cover all priority stores. * Assist with tasks and events from Warehouse, Marketing, and Trade departments ## Qualifications Qualifications * Senior High School grad
