Must Have
Senior High School graduate or college level with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales/marketing (preferably in appliances/electronics), Proven sales track record and team management skills, Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), communication skills and ability to work independently, Willing to work in the field, Must be a Filipino citizen or hold relevant residence status

What You'll Do.
Manage assigned territories to execute sales strategies
Achieve sales targets
Ensure compliance with service standards
Build relationships with stakeholders
Oversee sell-in and sell-out targets
Implement sales strategies and tactics to meet territory goals
Ensure proper merchandising and compliance with guidelines
Build relationships with store stakeholders
and report competitor activities
and reconcile variances
Ensure product availability and accuracy of POs and Item Request Forms (IRFs)
Utilize POP materials effectively and cover all priority stores
Assist with tasks and events from Warehouse
and Trade departments

Team & Collaboration
Collaborate with Key Account Managers to meet sell-in targets; Build relationships with store stakeholders; Assist with tasks and events from Warehouse, Marketing, and Trade departments
