Support inventory reporting
Support payroll reporting
Support benefits reporting
Process invoices for payment
Identify discrepancies
Review SDM weekly statements
Process store-to-store payments
Complete new vendor setup
Input charges and payments
Process and reconcile adjustments
Follow-up on collection activities
Generate and distribute statements
Maintain customer profiles
Reconcile sales details
Determine cash overage/shortage
Ensure daily deposits posted
Audit allocation of expenses
Ensure payroll processed
Enroll eligible employees
Remove terminated employees
Update commission database
Provide commission data
Ensure benefit filings accurate
Complete CNESST documentation
Maintain PDP enrollment
Prepare Period End Binder
Review cash clearing template
Complete inventory day forms
Comply with regulations
Comply with audit controls
Complete balance sheet reconciliation
Action balance sheet discrepancies
Submit financial process webforms
