Responsibilities and Duties: • Provide Technical Support in a 24x7 environment on-call/ email/ chat support • Should be able to resolve production issues and requests based on the SLAs defined. • Diagnose and troubleshoot NetApp storage hardware issues • Reproduce issues by re-creating scenarios in a lab environment • Extensive experience and in-depth knowledge of ONTAP 7-mode and C- Mode • NetApp FAS ser
