5–7 years of experience in managing storage systems, data protection, or related IT infrastructure, Hands-on experience with enterprise storage platforms such as Dell PowerMax, NetApp, HPE, Rubrik, Veritas NetBackup, or similar solutions, knowledge of storage protocols (Fibre Channel, iSCSI, NFS) and performance optimization, Understanding of network and cloud storage architectures, Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have
Excellent communication skills in additional language skills (German/Italian) are a plus, Team player with a proactive attitude and collaborative mindset
