What They're Looking For.
Must Have
10+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, terminal operations, or commercial storage management, experience with third-party storage contracts and terminal operations, Proven ability to manage commercial negotiations and long-term agreements, understanding of inventory management, storage economics, and logistics optimization
Nice to Have
Background in refined products, energy, chemicals, or bulk liquids logistics preferred
What You'll Do.
Develop and execute a network-wide storage and terminal strategy that supports trading
and customer commitments
Optimize inventory positioning
and capacity deployment to maximize margin
Lead third-party terminal strategy
including contract structuring
and relationship management to balance cost
Align contracted storage capacity with operational needs
identifying and correcting underutilized
or high-cost positions
Ensure storage availability and reliability
serving as escalation point for terminal-related operational issues and constraints
Own storage-related costs and improve transparency into total cost
and value contribution across the network
Build and lead a centralized Storage & Terminal Optimization team
establishing standardized governance

Team & Collaboration
Partner cross-functionally with Network Optimization, Trading, Scheduling, Refinery Operations, and Logistics teams to ensure integrated inventory and logistics execution
