Must Have
previous experience with toezichthoudende or specialist functions within a premium- or luxury brand, previous experience in personnel management with the ability to resolve conflicts and unproductive disagreements, good communication skills with the ability to build relationships with ease, knowledge of stock control systems preferably FIORI, Store Force and RFID, confident in giving feedback that promotes positive behavioral change, ability to handle change, adapt quickly and work with pace, energetic and authentic and shows a clear presence on the shop floor, approaches all problems with a 'can do' approach and acts with initiative to find solutions in the store, previous track record within hospitality or retail, previous stock handling experience
What You'll Do.
transfers and other stock-related duties accurately
Organize stock in the stockroom and improve stock management
Ensure shop floor replenishment is completed correctly and timely
Delegate to the team correctly and efficiently
Be a key player in SKU accuracy and stock takes
Analyze store level reports and create action plans
Participate in weekly management meetings
Communicate sales goals and performance improvements to staff
Own facility-related communication boards
Build relationships with key departments/personnel
Compile feedback on product and stock concerns
Produce reports and analysis weekly
Hold daily/weekly SR walks
Own the roll out and operation of omni channel and digital project
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Partner with wider management team to build on business opportunities; Build great relationships with key departments/personnel in HO, B&M team, facilities, loss prevention; Work with the SM compiling feedback on product and stock concerns/issues; Communicate weekly to the management team
