The role ensures stock integrity, operational efficiency, and adherence to M-KOPA stock management standards. Inventory Management - Conduct daily stock counts by scanning all available IMEIs and sharing results with the audit team for reconciliation. - Allocate stock to DSRs on a daily basis and follow up to retrieve devices that remain in the field beyond expected timelines. - Ensure all inventory is securely stored in designated lockers or storage areas. - Receive incoming stock from the main warehouse within set timelines and verify accuracy. - Facilitate timely return of stock to the warehouse when required. - Maintain strict adherence to all stock management policies and procedures. 2. Customer Service - Support customers through the device upgrade process during shop visits. - Respond to and resolve customer inquiries professionally, ensuring all issues are logged in the system. - Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams promptly. - Follow all established customer service and communication protocols. - Ensure punctuality and be available at the shop/depot before 8:00 AM on all working days. 3. Outlet / Shop Management - Maintain a clean, organized, and clutter-free shop environment at all time
