What They're Looking For.
Must Have
SAP or Oracle ERP experience (5+ years), Inventory Planning, Master Data management understanding, Supply chain experience (5+ years), Inventory planning, demand planning, allocation, or supply planning experience (3+ years), Cross-functional coordination experience, KPI management, business improvement project leadership experience, Team lead or people management experience (3+ years), English email and report writing ability
Nice to Have
Manufacturing or chemical industry experience, APAC/Global communication experience
What You'll Do.
Optimize inventory levels per item at each RDC
Lead RDC inventory strategy
Propose timely inventory replenishment
Lead analysis foundation and process improvement for inventory
Manage inventory surplus/shortage risks
Follow up on large-scale projects
Coordinate with Sales
Share problems and solutions with team
Build team spirit for inventory management
Confirm expiration dates to reduce waste risk
Reduce seasonal switching waste risk
Calculate and maintain safety stock
Lead continuous improvement of Supply Chain KPIs
Promote End-to-End Supply Chain optimization
Promote digitalization
Contribute to future Supply Chain transformation
Develop and coach team members
Improve organizational capability
