Must Have

Experience in assisted living setting, Experience in memory care setting, Experience in skilled nursing setting, Experience in sub-acute setting, English fluency preferred
What You'll Do.
Provide licensed nursing services
Measure and record height
Measure and record weight
Measure and record fluid intake
Measure and record fluid output
Report abnormal changes
Assist with medication reminders
Assist with escort service
Assist with activities of daily living
Contribute to resident assessment
Contribute to plan of care
Provide nursing rehabilitation
Provide restorative nursing services
Care for residents with dementia
Follow schedule of resident needs
Provide emotional support
Provide social support
Promote resident rights
Protect resident rights
Assist residents to make informed decisions
Treat residents with dignity
Treat residents with respect
Protect resident belongings
Report suspected abuse
Report suspected neglect
Avoid physical restraints
