2–3 years of experience in a stewarding or back-of-house role, Must have the rights to work in Italy

preferably within luxury hotels or structured food service operations

What You'll Do.

Supervise daily stewarding operations

and support the stewarding team

Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness

Ensure full compliance with HACCP procedures

Monitor the proper use

and cleanliness of equipment

Support inventory control

Act proactively to identify and resolve issues

Assist in on-the-job training

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Collaborate closely with Culinary and F&B teams; Foster a positive, collaborative, and safety-focused work environment
