Place damaged pieces for repair
cleanliness and order of kitchens
Ensure neatness of back of house areas
Ensure neatness of storage areas
Ensure neatness of employee dining room
Ensure neatness of Stewarding Department machinery
Ensure neatness of compactor room
Create overall cleanliness sanitation and compliance
Utilize cleaning compounds
Utilize soaking solution safely
