Must Have

High School/GED, Pass a nationally accredited central service exam within 18 months of maintain Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) or Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician (CSPDT) certification., A Surgical Technologist holding an active Certification of Surgical Technologist (CST) or Tech in Surgery Certified (TSC) meets this license requirement.

What You'll Do.

Follow safety and infection control policies

Receive and sort contaminated instruments

Disassemble instruments and clean them

Inspect cleaned instruments for cleanliness

Assemble instrument sets

Wrap or package instruments for sterilization

Monitor sterilization cycles

Operate and maintain automated washing equipment

Load and operate sterilization equipment

Document sterilization cycles

Deliver sterile items to departments

Maintain a clean and organized work environment
