This role ensures timely delivery, accurate tracking, and efficient turnaround of instrumentation to support surgical schedules, optimize inventory utilization, and maintain regulatory and accreditation compliance. The Logistics Manager serves as a key liaison between SPD, perioperative services, supply chain, original equipment manufacturers (OEM), and external vendors.
