It unites us, inspires us, and challenges us to be better every day, driven by our agile, performance-focused culture. **About the role** The Statutory CoE Manager is responsible for the execution and delivery of statutory accounts and audits for assigned entities, operating within Haleon’s Corporate & Statutory Centre of Excellence. The role supports the Senior Statutory CoE Manager by owning day-to-day statutory delivery, audit execution and stakeholder coordination, ensuring statutory reporting is accurate, timely and compliant. **Key responsibilities** · Own delivery of statutory accounts for assigned entities, including preparation, review, issue resolution and finalisation in line with CoE standards. · Execute statutory audits, acting as the day-to-day finance contract for external auditors and service providers. · Coordinate statutory deliverables, audit requests and evidence, ensuring quality, completeness and timeliness. · Prepare and review statutory financial statements, supporting schedules and documentation. · Support maintenance of statutory accounting positions and escalate technical or audit issues appropriately. · Operate statutory governance and control processes, including SOX or equivalent con
