Must Have
High school diploma or equivalent required, Flexibility to learn new systems and willingness to take direction and work independently, Ohio Stationary Steam Engineer license, Minimum 2-3 years’ experience operating boiler and chiller systems, mechanical aptitude with hands-on equipment experience, Knowledge of HVAC systems, steam, and hydronic systems, Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals, Ability to work in mechanical rooms with varying temperatures, Capable of lifting to 50 pounds, Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces, Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs for extended periods, Manual dexterity for operating controls and performing maintenance tasks, Rotating shifts will be required including weekends and holidays, On-call availability for emergency situations, May require work in various weather conditions for outdoor equipment, Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Boiler Operator to join our facilities management team to operate and monitor critical building systems in our central utility plant. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable operation of boilers, chillers, cooling towers, pumps, and related equipment to maintain optimal building comfort and operational efficiency. Heavy emphasis on troubleshooting, repair and operations will be required for this position.
