Must Have
TS/SCI with polygraph, High School Diploma or equivalent, Seven (7) years of facilities operations experience, Current certification or license complying with State and Local jurisdiction requirements, Personnel management experience, Proficient knowledge and experience in the use of project management concepts to manage items including, but not limited to: project schedule, scope, cost, risk, and deliverables and related metrics, Familiarity and willingness to manage a 24/7/365 operational environment, Ability to reliably operate in a complex and changing environment, demonstrating solid independent judgment, Ability to interpret, capture, and manage customer requirements and expectations, Experience managing facility management, operations, and sustainment projects

Monitor maintenance and operation of the chiller and generator plants
Directing and managing all contractor personnel at the Utility Plants and rooms
maintenance of the Utility Plants and its distribution equipment and systems
Direct the operations and maintenance of the site’s critical facilities guaranteeing the continuity of critical operations
with a commitment to reliability for around-the-clock mission support
Provide management oversight to 24/7 operational support teams
training and performance feedback
Implement an effective preventive maintenance program
including maintenance scheduling
monitoring environmental controls and troubleshooting equipment to prevent downtime
Enforce operational and maintenance standards that support contractual requirements and comply with regulatory and environmental requirements
Implement work processes and leverage data analysis to assist clients with achieving reliable equipment performance at cost-effective rates
Provide rapid response to emergencies and equipment failures to ensure operational continuity and safeguard data integrity
Implement disaster recovery protocols and enforce compliance to maintain operational reliability
Manage training plans for 24/7 employees ensuring a well-trained workforce to respond to site anomalies
