This is an International Union of Operating Engineers (IUOE), Stationary Engineers, Local 39, position. Your primary responsibilities may include: Project Management: * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as project managers and stakeholders, to understand project requirements and support and deliver solutions efficiently. Technical Expertise: * Stay updated with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in engineering. * Provide technical guidance in designing robust and scalable solutions. * Conduct code reviews, offer technical feedback, and ensure adherence to safety regulations, codes, standards, and best practices. Process Improvement: * Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements in the engineering department. * Implement and enforce engineering best practices, quality standards, and methodologies. * Foster a culture of continuous improvement by seeking feedback, measuring results, and implementing appropriate changes.
