What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Valid Stationary Engineer license, 3-5 years of hands-on experience in commercial building operations and maintenance(boilers, chillers, HVAC systems, electrical distribution, and plumbing systems), High school diploma or equivalent, Basic computer skills (Microsoft Suite), Valid driver´s license, Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, technical manuals, and building automation system interfaces, Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds, work in confined spaces, and stand or walk for extended period

Nice to Have

Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and energy management platforms, Knowledge of sustainable building practices and LEED operations, Experience working in commercial office buildings, healthcare facilities, or industrial settings
