What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Math, Engineering, Science or Business, Relevant experience in using data or anecdotal evidence to influence business decisions, Relevant experience of communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including your peers and leadership
Nice to Have
Experience in Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen techniques, Experience with supporting tools (e.g. , Minitab, JMP, MS Excel and MS Access)
What You'll Do.
Drive process standardization on site
Contribute to the optimization of the delivery stations
Provide station with sufficient knowledge and appropriate tools
Solve complex problems with simple and practical solutions
Develop a deep knowledge of the operation processes
Create effective communication plans to provide visibility to
Enable overall process alignment
Work on effective change processes
Contribute to network standardization via best practice sharing
Monitor the logistics and delivery success through set
Set up action plans and execute them to
Contribute to audit initiatives
Support results-driven action planning
Support deployment of Process Standard implementations and upgrades
Partner with station management and several stakeholders
Support development and continuous piloting of process improvements
Ensure station management is understanding benchmark rates
Train station management in technical configurations to drive
