Must Have
Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets, Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formula development, Analytical and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail, Experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI, Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple datasets simultaneously, Proficiency in statistical analysis and data modelling techniques
Nice to Have
Experience with Python or R programming languages, Knowledge of valuation methodologies and financial modelling principles, Familiarity with database management systems and data warehousing concepts, Experience working within the financial services or valuations sector, Understanding of asset valuation methods and financial markets, Experience with data governance frameworks and data quality management
What You'll Do.
and maintaining static datasets that support valuation processes

Perform comprehensive data quality checks and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and integrity of valuation data
Analyse large datasets to identify trends
and discrepancies that may impact valuations
Develop and maintain data documentation and modelling standards to ensure consistency across the organisation
Create and maintain data dashboards and reports that provide clear visibility of key valuation metrics
Support the valuation team by providing timely and accurate data analysis to inform decision-making
Perform routine data maintenance tasks
and archiving of historical datasets
Identify opportunities to improve data processes and recommend enhancements to increase efficiency
Ensure compliance with data governance policies and maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information
