Full Job Description
Newform is a performance marketing agency that oversees ~$100M/year in paid media spend for high-growth tech and mobile brands. We help category disruptors scale paid social through a short-form, content-led approach. Our in-house creative team produces thousands of human-first ads every month, all designed to drive efficient and scalable growth. Creative is the core of our edge. We test aggressively, move fast, and treat design as a performance lever—not just an aesthetic one. THE ROLE As a Static Ad Designer, you’ll be responsible for designing high-performing static ads for paid social channels, primarily Meta. You’ll work closely with creative strategists, media buyers, and account teams to turn concepts into scroll-stopping assets that drive measurable results. This role is ideal for a designer who moves fast, thinks in systems, and is excited by performance feedback. You’ll be producing at high volume, iterating quickly based on data, and scale accounts with your assets. RESPONSIBILITIES - Design static ads for paid social (primarily Meta: Facebook & Instagram) - Translate creative concepts into clear, compelling visual executions - Produce multiple variations per concept to support testing and iteration - Collaborate with creative strategists to refine layouts and messaging - Iterate on designs based on performance data and feedback - Maintain brand consistency while adapting designs for performance needs - Organize and manage design files for efficient handoff and reuse - Stay current on paid social design trends and best practices REQUIREMENTS - 2–5 years of graphic design experience (performance marketing or agency experience preferred) - Strong portfolio demonstrating static ad design for paid social - Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, and/or Illustrator - Ability to design quickly without sacrificing clarity or quality - Strong understanding of hierarchy, typography, and composition - Strong attention to detail and organization - (Must) Experience designi
