Key job responsibilities • Works across multiple internal tools to review, validate, and process customer applications • Handles sensitive customer data adhering to internal data security protocol • Responds to external and internal customer inquiries with excellent communication and professionalism • Background in Fraud investigation/detection/analysis in a credit/banking space is highly preferable.
