Must Have
7+ years of experience executing field marketing, startup ecosystem, community, or experiential programs, Experience running repeatable event series or scaled founder/developer programs across multiple markets, Highly organized and operationally strong, Ability to manage multiple timelines, stakeholders, vendors, and logistics simultaneously, Can independently own projects within a defined scope, Proactively identify risks, Drive solutions through ambiguity, Comfortable partnering cross-functionally, Communicating clearly with stakeholders
