Ability to provide a consistent Starbucks experience for guests by curating handcrafted Starbucks’ products, Experience with food quality and freshness management, Knowledge of state and federal food safety and OSHA guidelines, Accurately handle cash register operations as needed, Climb up and down ladders, Scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 44 pounds, Flexible work schedule (e. g. , nights, weekends and holidays) reliable and prompt attendance necessary, Ability to work in an environment that could range from 34°F to -10°F as needed, Ability to work in spaces where common allergens may be handled or present, Capable of working in and exposure to varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements while performing certain job duties including but not limited to Drive-Up, carryout, etc., Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift (shift length may vary)
