Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed, Work both independently and with a team, Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot, Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes, Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes, Access all areas of the building to respond to guest or team member issues, Interpret instructions, reports and information, Accurately handle cash register operations as needed, Climb up and down ladders if needed, Scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving product up to 10 pounds and occasionally lifting or moving merchandise up to 44 pounds without additional assistance from others, Flexible work schedule (e. g. , nights, weekends and holidays); come to work when scheduled, work scheduled shifts and take required meal and rest breaks, Ability to work in environments that will include refrigeration and freezer temperatures and where common allergens may also be handled or present, Capable of working in and exposure to varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements while performing certain job duties, including but not limited to Drive-Ups, carryout, etc., Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shifts (shift length may vary)

Ensure digital guest orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
Maintain an inviting dining area for guests
Engage with guests to meet and exceed their expectations
Produce hand crafted beverages and food to specifications
Follow all food safety requirements
Complete and record all cleaning tasks
Locate and identify damaged
recalled or expired items
Ensure accurate in-stocks by placing store-initiated orders
Follow proper perishable inventory procedures
Execute sampling best practices
Complete all required training requirements and certifications
Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct
safety and compliance
Work in a safe manner
Comply with all safety policies
Report hazards and correct where possible
Support guest services such as back-up cashier
Support order pick up (OPU)
Support Drive-up (DU)
Maintain a compliance culture while executing duties
