Login to your McGill Workday account and apply to this posting using the Find Jobs report (type Find Jobs in the search bar).** **Position Summary:** Assists the Standardized Patient Educator and the Director of the Lab and simulation in planning simulation activities. **Primary Responsibilities:** * Organizes schedules/and coordinates all sessions that require standardized patients and reviews schedules with faculty in collaboration with the Standardized Patient Educator. * Provides liaison between faculty and Standardized Patients (SPs) during work sessions. * Attends briefings with SP’s, faculty members and evaluators prior to programs. * Organizes and implements dry runs and rehearsals with the standardized patients and the faculty prior to the session. * Assist with application of moulage, make-up and props according to the learning activity. * Implements the administrative procedures related to all activities involving SPs. * Develops and gives presentations for standardized patients orientation and information sessions in collaboration with the Standardized Patient Educator. * Trains the standardized patients and provides feedback on their performance in collaboration with the Standardized Patient Educator. * In Collaboration with the Director of lab and simulation, develops and runs training sessions for standardized patients on Giving Effective Feedback to learners from a patients’ perspective. * Assists the Standardized Patient Educator in overseeing the standardized patient scenario database and makes changes and provides suggestions/corrections after consultation with faculty. * Compiles and ma
