Heartland REMC is seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Staking Technician to support the design, layout, and coordination of electric and fiber distribution facilities. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient project execution while maintaining high-quality service to our members and compliance with all applicable standards and regulations. Key Responsibilities * Design, route, and stake electric distribution and service facilities, including transformers, primary and secondary lines, and services in accordance with member needs and RUS specifications * Prepare and maintain accurate electronic staking sheets and engineering records * Obtain GPS coordin
