In this role you will be responsible for planning, managing, and coordinating all stakeholder engagement activities for a major railway project during design and pre-contract phases. The role ensures effective communication and alignment with all relevant stakeholders, including government authorities, operators, utilities, and external entities. **What You 'll Be Doing: ** * Develop and implement stakeholder engagement and communication strategy * Identify and map all relevant stakeholders, including authorities, operators, utilities, and external parties * Coordinate stakeholder inputs and ensure requirements are captured and reflected in design development * Manage communication and engagement activities, including meetings, workshops, and formal submissions * Track stakeholder comments, feedback, and approvals, ensuring timely resolution and closure * Support the design team in addressing stakeholder requirements and resolving interface issues * Coordinate with authorities to facilitate approvals, permits, and regulatory compliance * Maintain stakeholder registers, communication logs, and reporting mechanisms * Support preparation of submissions and documentation required for stakeholder engagement and approvals * Monitor stakeholder risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies * Act as a key interface between the project team and external stakeholders **What Required Skills You 'll Bring: ** * Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Planning
