0-2 years of professional experience in stakeholder management, project coordination, or engineering support roles, Proven expertise in stakeholder engagement and relationship management, analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail, Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English, Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or similar frameworks), Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Experience with data visualization and reporting tools, Demonstrated organizational and time management skills, Ability to work collaboratively in matrix environments with multiple stakeholders, Technical understanding of engineering processes, systems, or infrastructure, Experience in risk assessment and mitigation planning, Knowledge of vendor and contract management practices, interpersonal skills and ability to build consensus among diverse groups, UAE National eligibility required, Must have a valid UAE Family Book
