Must Have

Proven experience in stakeholder management, engagement, or relationship coordination within engineering or technical projects, analytical skills with the ability to assess stakeholder needs and translate them into technical requirements, Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to engage diverse audiences, Proficiency in project management methodologies, familiarity with project lifecycle management, Experience with project management software and tools (e. g. , Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, or similar platforms), Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across technical and non-technical teams, organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships simultaneously, Knowledge of engineering principles and technical project environments, Experience in conflict resolution and change management, Proficiency in documentation and data analysis tools, Familiarity with CRM systems or stakeholder management platforms, interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships, Must have a valid UAE Family Book

Nice to Have

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent project management certification, Experience working in the UAE or Middle Eastern business environment

Communication Scope

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Ability to engage diverse audiences; Translating complex engineering concepts into accessible language

Process & Methodology

Proficiency in project management methodologies, Familiarity with project lifecycle management, Experience with project management software and tools
