Heb jij passie voor mergers & acquisitions (M&A) en ben je sterk resultaatgedreven? Dan zit je helemaal op je plek bij Corporate Finance binnen M&A. Bij Deloitte. * begeleiden van fusies en overnames, van het idee tot de feitelijke deal, bij zowel aan- als verkoop; * adviseren en coördineren van processen rondom alle aspecten van overnames; * advies geven over financieringsvraagstukken bij ondernemingen, instellingen en projecten in de breedste zin. Ons advies betreft onder andere het verkrijgen van vreemd vermogen financiering bij overnames, grote investeringen en (her)structureringsadvies van financieringen bij bedrijven en (semi-)overheden; * werken in een open, innovatieve en no nonsense cultuur, waar volop aandacht is voor teaming en fun. ## Qualifications Natuurlijk maak je weleens fouten, maar hier haal je jouw leerpunten uit en communiceer je effectief complexe ideeën en analyses. Bovenal durf je jezelf te zijn. De ware jij. Met je eigen sterke punten, blik op de wereld en persoonlijkheid. Verder heb jij als Stagair Corporate Finance: * een bijna afgeronde WO master: Economie, Finance, (Technische) Bedrijfskunde, Econometrie of een bèta studie met financiële affiniteit; * fulltime beschikbaarheid voor vier maanden, vanaf 1 mei 2026; * een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift; * sterke commerciële, communicatieve en analytische skills; * de drive om veel te leren, durf je vragen te stellen en ben je een echte teamplayer.
