What You'll Do.

Provide operational support on numerous subjects to ensure the Customer Experience department functions optimally and makes the best daily decisions.

Prepare analyses (Salesforce

Looker) on strategic issues contributing to decision-making.

and monthly reports on team activity and results achieved across different verticals.

Work with Team Leaders to support them in critical analysis of figures.

Prepare the weekly and monthly presentation for the CX teams.

Facilitate exchanges between client teams and the rest of the organization (Marketing

and contextually transmit data shared with the rest of the company.

Develop skills on the most modern tools (Salesforce

etc.) and in Artificial Intelligence (process optimization and automation).

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Work with Team Leaders of the team and support them in critical analyses of figures.; Prepare in collaboration with the Head of Account Strategist the weekly and monthly presentation for the CX teams to deliver the right messages and ensure team buy-in to the common project.; Facilitate exchanges between client teams and the rest of the organization: Marketing (AI), Data and Operations.; Identify, synthesize, and transmit data shared with the rest of the company.

L'objectif de ce poste consiste à servir d'appui opérationnel sur de nombreux sujets, dans l'objectif de permettre au département Customer Experience de fonctionner de manière optimale et de prendre les meilleures décisions au quotidien.   Les missions suivantes sont non exhaustives : il s'agit d'un rôle varié dans une organisation dynamique et agile.
