### Description **Job Title:** Staffing Coordinator / Talent Acquisition Specialist **Location:** South Africa **Job Type:** Full-Time, Remote **Working Hours:** US Hours (40 hours per week) **Salary:** South African Rand (ZAR) A highly organized and relationship-focused Staffing Coordinator / Talent Acquisition Specialist is sought to support staffing operations within an ABA therapy environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating therapist placements, matching clinicians with clients, supporting recruitment initiatives, and maintaining strong relationships with both therapists and families.
