Industry & Context.
MMR, Varicella, Tdap, and Influenza vaccine requirement if in an on-site or hybrid workplace category

Must Have
High school diploma or GED equivalent required, Must be able to maintain professionalism in stressful situations
Nice to Have
Staffing and scheduling experience preferred, Scheduling experience with ANSOS or equivalent staffing system
What You'll Do.
Maintain safe and effective staffing levels for all inpatient nursing
Create and update the daily staffing sheets in ANSOS
Covers daily staffing needs for inpatient nursing
Monitors employee call-in's
Responsible for all staffing changes to be placed in ANSOS
Ensure we are staffed to matrix
Make phone calls to employees for staffing needs
Oversees the daily activities of the staffing office
Provides daily assignment to the staffing secretary
Enters exception log edits into ANSOS for payroll
Assigns contingent/temp staff and outside personnel to units as needed
Compiles data for reports
Assists Nurse Leaders and Office Supervisor
